My neighbor recommended Spruce Up. Ramón, the owner, came out and put a temporary patch on a roof leak in the winter, 6 months before we had the roof replaced. He didn't charge for this and there was no pressure to go with his bid. We prefer employing smaller companes. The larger ones have so many layers of management and their prices reflect this. Spruce Up's bid beat 2 of the other 3 bids by more than $10,000. Since nearly all the decking was still good and there was only 1 layer of shingles to remove, the higher bids seemed way overpriced. I really liked the owners and the people they have working with them in the office and out in the field. The workers were fast, efficient and left the job site in good shape. They replaced the roof in 2 days in early June of 2026. The owner did a walk-through after the job was complete and answered all our questions. We are very satisfied with the work and highly recommend Spruce Up Northwest.

They were extremely professional and communicative and gave a very detailed pre inspection, as well as a detailed quote which included warranty information.
