What makes Spruce Up Northwest different from other roofing contractors?

When you choose Spruce Up Northwest, you’re choosing a company dedicated to excellence. Our customer-centric approach ensures that your needs are at the forefront of everything we do. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, we are committed to delivering a seamless, stress-free experience.

What are some of your services?

We provide new construction roofing, roof replacement, roof repair, and emergency roofing services such as tarping to keep your roof dry during sudden roof issues. We’re experience with several roofing materials, including metal roofs and traditional architectural and designer shingles that make your home stand out from the crowd.

We also work with flat roofing and provide torch down services to ensure a nice, tight seal on your flat and low-slope roofing materials, and roof maintenance services such as moss removal and general roof cleaning.

Can you tell me about your involvement in the community?

We strongly believe that all companies should give back to the communities they serve. That’s why we support our local school with annual donations and sponsorships.

We also believe that we have a responsibility to help provide a safety net for our community members. So each year we provide at least one free roof/no-profit roof to less fortunate community members and support organizations like Community Action and Michelle’s Love.

Can you provide some more information about Malarkey roofing products?

Spruce Up Northwest is committed to environmental sustainability, demonstrated by our use of Malarkey shingles. Unlike standard roofing shingles, Malarkey shingles are made of rubberized asphalt, upcycled rubber, smog-reducing granules, and plastics that provide superior all-weather resilience, but also reduce landfill waste and help clean the air.
